Shershah Yousafzai is the founder and CEO of Venture Scale, a boutique investment bank headquartered in Dubai. With a career spanning institutional wealth management, private banking, and cross-border financial structuring, Shershah brings a unique blend of institutional rigor and entrepreneurial vision to every engagement.
Prior to founding Venture Scale, Shershah served in wealth management at Emirates NBD, one of the largest banking groups in the Middle East, where he managed high-volume portfolios and developed expertise in exotic derivatives and alternative investments. His career began at Perpetua Investment Group, where he built foundational skills in investment advisory and client management.
Today, Shershah leads Venture Scale in connecting GCC capital with global opportunities, specializing in SPV structuring, digital assets, fund raising, and estate planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices across GCC, UK, and Europe.
